Hassle Free Return Policy 

Weighted Blankets Plus offers a "No Questions Asked - Hassle Free" return policy for all purchases. We offer this generous return policy because we believe that the customer is always right! We do have certain time restrictions on returns. Weighted Blankets Plus can refund purchases up to 12 months after the purchase date, however, all refunds after 90 days are made in the form of a store credit.

Do I need a receipt/order form to return a purchase?

Yes, you do need your receipt/order form, and it needs to be sent back with the purchase you are returning.


What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?

If your order is damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please e-mail Customer Service at hi@weightedblanketsplus.com and include your order number. You may also call us at (623) 606-6378 to reorder new merchandise or to be reimbursed.


What should I do if the order I receive is incorrect?

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, there is a 12% restocking fee that will automatically be subtracted from your refund total.
