Weighted Blankets Plus offers a "No Questions Asked - Hassle Free" return policy for all purchases. We offer this generous return policy because we believe that the customer is always right! We do have certain time restrictions on returns. Weighted Blankets Plus can refund or exchange your order up to 60 days after the purchase date. Only one exchange is allowed. No returns or exchanges after 60 days. If you need to return or exchange for a different size and/or weight you will need to pay return shipping for that item. We will pay shipping for the new item.

Do I need a receipt/order form to return a purchase?

Yes, you do need your receipt/order form, and it needs to be sent back with the purchase you are returning. This ensures your return is processed quickly once we receive it.
